I've been trying to get this for weeks in a popular health food store nearby but it is always out of stock, finally I decided to check it out at Amazon and ordered it right away, since it was so much cheaper too. I came across this whilst reading a health magazine and it talked about natural things good for us. It caught my attention because it was talking about skin and nails, especially about falling and thinning hair since I've been plagued with falling and thinning hair! my skin extremely dry, scaly and scary!( I probably look scalier next to a trout!)It's been over three weeks now since I started taking Solgar everyday, my skin improved quite a lot, softer and smoother. I haven't been as lucky as the other reviewer, my bald spot is still there, not quite sure if I've grown any new hair but what's impressive is NO more fallen hair on top of my sink when I blow dry my hair. And so are my nails, which used to break so easily, couldn't keep them long enough to bother having them manicured....but that's history, now I have them nice and strong, perfect timing too for the coming holidays and a lot of functions and parties to go to, it's feels nice whenever someone notices how nice they look and asks how I keep them nice and long and healthy looking. I am very pleased with this product and plan on never running out of supply. Honestly, I'm so enthused I can't stop talking about it to my friends and family, I recommend it highly!

For those who are interested to know what's in it, it has :
1000mg MSM ; 120mg Vitamin C ; 50mg Silica ; 50mg L-Proline ; 50mg L-Lysine (L-Lycine HCI) ; 30mg Calcium ; 15mg Zinc ; 2mg Copper Glycinate
Two tablets daily is recommended and to consult your Physician if under any medications. I have consulted mine being Diabetic type 2 and Rheumatoid Arthritic and my Dr recommended it.
What I noticed too is that (I have what is called "Trigger Finger" ) it helped alleviate the pain on my knuckles, I could hardly twist a cap or open any meds container before and now I can again. I didn't even get this for that purpose so it's an added bonus! Best of all, it's SUGAR and SODIUM FREE! I am so satisfied of this product, I made the right choice when I bought it.
I discovered this through a healthy magazine called Better Nutrition where it talked about all this healthy products and foods that are very beneficial for all of us.

UPDATE: MARCH 01,2013

It has been almost three months since I first reviewed this product and I have stated at that time that I haven't been as lucky as the other reviewer, that I have not noticed any new hair growth and my bald spot was still there...Yes, the operative word is WAS! my girlfriends asked if I've had hair transplant done, there's new baby hair growing along my hairline, Oh my gosh! no more bald spot and I could now pull my hair back and not be embarrassed with receding hairline! I can not express enough how very glad and excited I am about this...there's hope for me yet and to all out there who has had the same dilemma! :) :) :)
